  I have been a real fan of Starbucks and I think they are suffering from their own success. The store is crowded and there is always a line. If I order online, many times I have to ask the barista for my order (which is usually sitting on the printer). Lately the staff behind the county will not make eye contact with customers standing at the register because they are busy doing other tasks and helping a customer would get in the way of those tasks. I am trying other coffee shops in the area.

  This Starbucks has the FASTEST drive through of any Starbucks I've ever been to. I've had a line into the road 10 cars deep take less than 6 minutes to get me coffee and on the road.
  
  The employees are all very nice and courteous, too. Nikki is the best!
