  I was in town for vacation and went here on the recommendation of a friend. We sat at the bar for a few drinks and had to be the worst time I had in town. First, I had asked for his recommendation on drinks and he said ok, tossed me the whiskey/bourbon menu, asked my friend what she wanted, then walked off. Second, he never asked me if I was ready to order or knew what I wanted and a little while later when I told him I was ready to order, he walked just walked off. I left after that. I will, however, give the restaurant another chance. I don't want one bad bartender to ruin a highly recommended restaurant and will adjust my review accordingly.
  
  Update:
  I gave this place another chance and had much better service. I ended up having the same bartender and had a way different experience. Maybe just had a misunderstanding the other night. After the second time there, I would recommend it and would definitely go back. I do love my bourbons and whiskeys and they have the biggest selection I have see in one restaurant.

  Will not be back. Stopped in for Brunch and was seated. A table that was seated after us had drinks, silver ware and orders placed before a waiter stopped by. He took our drink and appetizer order and left
  
  5 minutes later the apps. showed up, no drinks no silverware. Stopped another waitress to help us. Come to find out, they switched us to another waitress but failed to tell her.
  
  Had to ask again for our drinks and silverware. 25 minutes after seated, we were able to order. Still no silverware.
  
  By the time the food arrived, the table seated after us had ate, paid their bill and were leaving
  
  The burger tasted good on the inside, but had a burnt taste to it on the outside. The biscuit side i had was cold and hard as a rock. Needed to ask twice for butter
  
  Our second waitress did try, but too late. We had to ask for water several times.
  
  We decided to try the milkshakes and 2 of the 4 were wrong so had to wait to have them remade.
  
  The check was dropped of and the waitress was too busy and talking to another waitress to swing by and cash us out. I had to go to the front and get another waiter to help us.
  
  Told the management how terrible the service was, but got a shoulder shrug and no apology

  Had high hopes. But 45 minutes in we were still waiting for drinks. Nobody acknowledged the delay and we had to go seek a manager to help us. Even after that 55 minutes were still here. Waiting. Food starts coming out and drinks still not here. Unfortunately the place was not busy either. Just a real mess. Worst of all communication is all that would have been needed. Won't be back and can't recommend.
  
  Update. 1 hour 20 minutes and all food and drinks here after several tries and wrong orders. Kids in tears due to hunger. They did offer chips. But now stuck paying a full bill with very little support from the manager. Really you had kids crying. This was avoidable through good service management. You could have done better. Very dissatisfied.
