  Paid the extra fee for online ordering. Showed up to pick the food up and was told they had a problem printing the order or something. Mistakes happen. Was offered an apology. 45 MINUTES later they bring the food and charge us full price!! Wow, apparently the customers time is worth nothing. We ordered the food a hour and a half ago. Piss poor customer service, don't wast your time. I know we won't

  Updated 2017: they have improved considerably since they first opened; seems like they finally worked out better provisions (chef was always good) for the kitchen to work with, which is noticeable in the finished dishes. The pizza my companion ordered was very good. Nice atmosphere, good service, nice live music.

  Milton Clapp's music is a nice addition to Friday night dinnertime. He is a talented pianist who plays a great selection of tunes. Food is exceptional, too. Great spot!
